E-Solder 3025 is an epoxy silver composition recommended for applications requiring high electrical conductivity and good adhesive properties.
E-Solder 3025 is supplied as a two-component system: Part A and Part B.
Mixing the two parts in equal proportions results in a tough thermoset, highly conductive plastic.

25°C / 24-36 hours
65°C / 4 hours






Applications :
Typical applications of E-Solder 3025 are lead terminations, ferrite bonding and making circuits and conductive bonds on surfaces which will not tolerate the elevated temperatures required for fired-on coatings or solders.
