E-Solder 3012 is an epoxy silver composition recommended for applications requiring extremely low electrical resistance and good adhesive properties.
It exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including glass, ceramic, plastic and metal.



E-Solder 3012 is a thixotropic paste and is used as supplied with no additional modifiers or hardeners.
Heat is required for curing.

- Cure Schedule :
135°C / 6-18 hours
150°C / 1-4 hours
180°C / 30-60 minutes
200°C / 10-30 minutes

Typical applications for E-Solder 3012 are microelectric chip bonding, lead terminations, printed circuits and shielding required for fired-on coatings or solders.
