STYCAST 1266 is a clear, low viscosity encapsulant which, when fully cured, has outstanding toughness and impact strength. STYCAST 1266 can be cured at room temperature.  Features : - Technology : Epoxy - Colour : Clear - Hardness : 75 Shore D min - Temperature : +90 °C ( Continuous ) - Compressive strength : 65 - 75 mPa - Tensile strength : 40 - 55 mPa Applications : STYCAST 1266 has been used for display embedments. It has been used to bond lenses and sheets of glass for good visibility. STYCAST 1266 has good moisture resistance, electrical properties and adhesion to metal, glass and plastics. After catalyst addition, viscosity at room temperature is extremely low, making it easy to pour. Vacuum processing is not always needed. It will readily impregnate windings.
